Privacy Policy
Written in plain English, like everything else we do.
We're a two-person company selling one product. We collect the minimum needed to get a FrostBox to your door and we don't do anything weird with it.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments (or PayPal or Google Pay if you use them); we never see your full card number. If you email us or use the contact form, we keep that correspondence so we can help you properly.
What we use it for
Fulfilling your order, sorting warranty claims and returns, and replying when you get in touch. If you've opted in to updates we'll email you occasionally. Unsubscribe any time and we won't take it personally.
Who we share it with
Shopify (our store platform), our courier (so your FrostBox arrives), and our email and review tools (Klaviyo and Judge.me) where relevant. That's it. We don't sell your information to anyone, ever.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@frostbox.co.nz and we'll sort it within a few days. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Cookies
The site uses standard Shopify cookies to run the cart and understand how people use the site. Nothing exotic.
