Terms of Service
Written in plain English, like everything else we do.
The short version: we sell you a FrostBox, we ship it fast, and if something's wrong we fix it. The longer version:
Ordering
Prices are in NZD and include GST. When you place an order we'll email a confirmation. If we've made a genuine pricing mistake or can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.
Pre-orders
If you're buying from a pre-order run, the expected shipping window is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. If that window moves, we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
Shipping
We ship from Auckland. Delivery timeframes are estimates; couriers occasionally have other ideas. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and warranty
30-day change-of-mind returns on unused product, and a 2-year warranty against leaks and manufacturing faults. Full details, including how a claim works, are on our Warranty / Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Using your FrostBox
It's built for ice and water in a chilly bin. Punctures from misuse, cuts, and abrasion wear aren't manufacturing faults.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one.
