Before you ask
Will it fit my chilly bin?
FrostBox is a flexible bag, not a rigid insert, so it moulds to the space available. It fits any chilly bin.
How long does the ice last?
For the longest cold, fill FrostBox with water and freeze it solid at home. A frozen block lasts up to 8 days with regular use. Short on time? Fill it with up to 4kg of cubed ice instead. Either way, the meltwater stays in the bag, not on your food.
Is the meltwater safe to reuse?
Yes, the shell is made from high-quality TPU material, and the water never comes into contact with your food. Open the drain cap and use it for washing, rinsing, or the dog's bowl.
What if it leaks?
It's built not to. With RF-welded seams and a TRU® Zip waterproof, dustproof, self-healing zipper, FrostBox is made to last. If yours develops a manufacturing fault within 2 years of normal use, we'll make it right with a repair or replacement.
Shipping and returns
The first production run ships from Auckland in November 2026. After that, orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Add a second FrostBox and shipping's on us, while a single FrostBox ships at the standard rate. 30-day returns on unused product.
